Kate DeWolf, AIA, is a licensed Architect in New Hampshire and Texas. She is also a Certified Energy Manager and a LEED accredited professional. She has worked in architecture and related fields since 1977.

For potential clients in Massachusetts: small commercial projects, as well as one and two family residences, are not required by the Commonwealth to have the participation of an Architect. In most cases, there is no disadvantage to the MA homeowner in hiring us. Sometimes either an architect's or engineer's stamp is required on drawings. We cannot use our N.H. stamp in MA, but we have methods for addressing this. We provide simple structural design for your house or house addition. If your project requires slightly more complex structure that most architects could handle, the builder's lumberyard may supply the required engineer's stamp at no extra charge to you. For more complex structure, we turn to a structural engineer, just as most architects would. As examples of our success, we have completed projects in Newton, whose building department has stringent requirements.
